How to attend

IMPORTANT: Please note that InterNosCon "official" language is italian. We will held some events in english and there will be lots of english speaking persons, but most event will be played in italian.

The only way to participate to INC'10 is getting an invitation.

The idea behind the invitation thing is to get people to talk and get in touch with each other. In fact one of our hopes with this event is to strengthen the bonds of a players community.

But how can I get an invitation?:

The first 71 invitations have been distributed to attendees of 2009 edition. In the same way each person attending InterNosCon 2010 will automatically receive the invitations for 2011 edition.
Each invitation, once given to someone "spawns" 5 further invitations (in the same way used by Gmail). So Hamlet, who has an invitation, may invite Ofelia. As soon as she's invited, Ofelia will automatically have 5 invitations which she can freely extend to Laertes, Gertrude, Claudius, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. Each of those now have 5 invitations which he can freely give away...
The only limit to the invitation spawning is the hotel capacity.

How to register

VERY IMPORTANT: to be a confirmed participant, having an invitation is not enough. It is necessary also to have paid the registration fee (see below for prices and payment methods).

At subscription, it is necessary to give some information (through mail at staff@internoscon.it or in the payment cause; if you prefer a different method check the contacts:

name / nickname (what will appear on your badge, remembering that, if you have a nickname, somebody met through forum, blog, etc. will probably know just that and not your real name and maybe you want to be recognized when you met)
size (For the T-shirt!)
name of the person inviting you
e-mail address for communication about INC'10

IMPORTANT:

Prices ar for person and VAT included.
In case of no attendance, no reimbursement can be granted.
We explicitly remind that registration fee does not include any kind of further service granted by Narrattiva, Shadow, Janus Design or others. All events will be organized on a voluntary basis by the attendants.
The room accommodation is dependent from the actual room availability. We'll try to satisfy all the requests but, generally speaking, first comers will be first served.
In the moment you pay the registration fee, you authorize treatment of your personal data to the end of INC'10 organization purposes according to law 675/96. Specifically you authorize all the uses necessary to carry out the INC'10 services and organization but also explicitly the publication of your name and/or nickname in the confirmed attendant list and event subscriber list.
